Carl Roscoe II

Carl, has been with the Luban Group for years now working with both buyers and sellers alike. Carl and Mitch first met playing sports together in High School and reconnected after college. Carl is a great asset to have on your side on any transaction and has successfully negotiated plenty of difficult transactions always striving to get a winning result for his clients.

When Carl isn’t negotiating a real estate deal you’ll find him at one of his other full time jobs as he is the Athletic Director at Kelloggsville Public School where he went to Highschool;l and together with his wife they own and operate The Coffee Clubhouse. On top of that they have three children. His wife Chesley also owns and operates Say Cheese GR.

If you’re lucky enough to catch Carl not working he is an avid Golfer, and lover of all sports as he was a collegiate quarterback at Wayne State.
